What to put in the letter to get an answer faster
Most letters stall for one reason: it is not clear which page and which line they are about. With three things in place the answer comes first time, and no second letter is needed.
- The page address, copied from the browser bar as it stands
- The line or paragraph — quoting a few words is enough
- What you think it should say instead, in one sentence
- A screenshot, if the problem is with terms in the cashier
A mistake a reader points out gets fixed fastest: the text is ours, so changing it needs nobody’s permission. Write in about anything that has simply gone stale, too — out-of-date is no less costly than wrong.
What we cannot help with
We are part of no operator, so we can do nothing about an account, a balance or a payment that has stalled. The operator’s own support is the only door for that, and quoting the transaction ID gets an answer faster.
